I stopped by my local Burlington on a busy afternoon and was surprised how easy it was to park. There were plenty of spots close to the entrance, which made my quick trip so much smoother. I feel like other customers would appreciate not having to circle the lot forever, too

I’ve found some good discounts on Burlington.com when the timing is right, so that’s nice. The promo details can be a little confusing sometimes, but it’s fine, totally fine. A few items seemed like legit deals, while others felt about the same as what I’d see in-store. Then shipping gets added and suddenly the “deal” feels a lot less exciting. Overall, it’s not bad at all, I just feel like it could be a little better.

I ordered a few clothing items along with some home stuff, everything showed up exactly as I picked it. The sizes, colors, and actual items were all correct, which I appreciated because I’ve had other orders from different places come with at least one mix-up. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but compared to dealing with wrong items or returns, I’ll take a slightly slower delivery. Overall, I’m happy with the order

The staff did help me find the sizes I needed, so that was good. Nice. It just took a while before I could actually get someone to help. Overall, the service wasn’t bad, but it felt average. Meh.

Checkout moved quickly too, which was a nice bonus. If you’re local and don’t like dealing with big crowds, I’d definitely suggest going on a weekday if you can

The cart is mostly fine, but one time everything I added just disappeared. I had to sit there and add it all back again, which was annoying when I was just trying to check out and be done with it. Checkout worked fine after that, but I didn’t love being forced to be patient over something that should’ve been simple.

Pages took forever to load. Checkout kept glitching too. Annoying.

The website was slow, and items kept disappearing from my cart while I was trying to check out. Shipping also took longer than it originally said, and one of the shirts arrived with the package ripped open, which wasn’t great. I tried dealing with customer service, but it just felt like automated copy-and-paste replies. I really missed being able to talk to an actual person who could actually help. I’d probably still shop at Burlington in person, but ordering online wasn’t worth the hassle for me. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m definitely not in a rush to order again.

The clothes were in the right sections, and I could find the sizes I needed without having to dig through a million random racks. The aisles were clear too, which made a bigger difference than I expected because I didn’t feel like I was squeezing past stuff or getting turned around. Even the shoes and home items looked neat and put together, not like everything had just been thrown wherever. Overall, it made the whole shopping trip way less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. Definitely a 5-star experience for me
